Contract manufacturing (Own brand)

As part of our contract feed production service offering, we are ready to offer our partners dry feed production services for non-productive animals under our own trademark (Own brand).

The production is located in the Temryuksky district of the Krasnodar region, which guarantees access to fresh ingredients grown in neighboring farms.
The company has two production lines based on the automated production facility
WENGER (USA), which allows for the simultaneous production of both extruded and pelleted feed.

The production complex includes:
- grinding section with the possibility of preparing ingredients with a coarseness of up to 50
microns;
- dosing section (16 macro components, 9 micro components, 2-shaft mixer);
- extrusion section (2 screw extruders with the possibility of inputting fresh meat);
- pelletizing section (pelletizing of pre-extruded ingredients is possible);
- drying section (conveyor-type steam dryer);
- Fat input section (vacuum obesity-eradicator with the option to input multiple fats);
- Packaging area (2 packaging lines from 0.5 to 20 kg).

Production of feed is possible using both our recipes and those of our customers.
