In 2023, based on a mechanized rice processing system in the Temryuksky district of the Krasnodar Territory, the "LIGHT WAY®" animal feed production plant was inaugurated. The project was executed by a team of engineers from various industries, hence many of the advanced technical solutions are exclusive and greatly automated.
The equipment and production technology allow to produce the highest quality feed in accordance with the state standards of the Russian Federation (GOST) and AAFCO standards (USA). The production line based on the twin-screw extruder of WENGER company (USA) and multi-dosing complex for 16 macro components allows to produce pelleted, extruded and mixed feeds of the highest quality both according to the existing formulas and those of the clients.
The design capacity of the plant is 50000 tonnes of fodder per year.
The production complex is located in the Temryuksky district of the Krasnodar region and is remote from the ports of the Azov and Black seas by 25-80 km.
The area of the production complex is 5 hectares, and the area of the production and storage facilities exceeds 7000 m2., which allows the formation of ship, rail, and container norms up to 10000 tonnes for both export and import.
